NEOLA II / MINX

Homeport: Greenport, NY

NY-12, originally named Neola II was built for George M. Pynchon and subsequently had 8 different names and at least as many owners until she was renamed Minx in 1923. In 1953 she won the Cleveland Y.C. auxiliary class championship and was regarded as one of the fastest cruising boats on Lake Erie. Her current owner is sailing her as a custom Marconi with a 50's cabin style.
